Agreement & Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SparkleCity Nigeria Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Nigeria, with offices at Suite 318B, DBM Plaza, Nouakchott Street, Wuse Zone 1, FCT Abuja, Nigeria — the operators of SchoolsPortal at www.schoolsportal.com.ng ("Site" or "Services").
By accessing or using SchoolsPortal in any way — including browsing, registering, or submitting data — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Where a school, organisation, or institution has entered a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

- All fees are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified.
- Payments are processed via authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card or bank account details.
- Fees are generally non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the subscribed service or as otherwise required by Nigerian consumer protection law.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Suspension & Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:
- You may stop using SchoolsPortal and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@schoolsportal.com.ng.
- We may suspend or permanently terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in misconduct, or if we are required to do so by law.
On termination:
- Your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
- We will retain data only as required by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including IP rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of SchoolsPortal, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to:
- Mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator in Abuja, FCT; or, failing that,

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
